A little bit about my journey…

I’m made up of a few simple things. A love of music, a desire to use my drive and determination to change the industry, and a seriously unstoppable sweet tooth.

After catching Providence, RI hometown heroes The Coming Weak as the 1471075_10151983086086251_1162214796_nopeners for Anberlin one fateful March night in 2009, I launched myself into the music industry with nothing more than inspiration and admiration for the people who’d come before me. Wide eyed and only 21 years old, I felt nothing but excitement as I began my journey into the music industry.

Nearly 8 years, hundreds of interviews, features, and photographs later, and Infectious has blossomed into a booming blog dedicated to bringing readers the news and features they desire from the pop-punk, rock, metal, folk, singer-songwriter, and indie communities. With a taste for helping musicians, I launched public relations company Muddy Paw PR in 2013.

A company that prides itself on personalized campaigns and honest, innovative approaches, Muddy Paw has been home to emerging artists from across the globe. Our approach has garnered our artists placements on sites such as Alternative Press, Noisey, Idobi, Substream, New Noise Mag, A Music Blog, Yea?, Sonicbids, and many more, helping them go on to play festivals like Warped Tour and So What?!, opening for major label bands on tour, and securing placement deals like regular rotation in Starbucks stores across North America.
